How We Created Your Assessment

Your Skill Tracker assessment was created by analyzing your answers to the scaled questions.  This is done both on an absolute basis and also on a comparative basis relative to your industry.

This helps us create a profile of how you characterized your organization, and it also helps to point to how the crucial foundations can be strengthened to support greater growth.  Your specific profile and Foundation Overview are provided below along with the suggestions for next steps.

Some Options for Improving Your Productivity

In general, the stress levels and the work loads in your organization suggest that improving productivity would best strengthen a foundation for growth in your organization.

Poor productivity can be a result of inexperience or insufficient training in a technical field, counterproductive habits, or an ineffective system for  prioritizing and completing projects.  The Skill Tracker didn't analyze whether the technical training of your workers was at issue.  If you believe it is, that is something that needs to be addressed.

What your answers do indicate is that people are struggling with their workloads, stress, and a difficulty in prioritizing the most important projects.  This doesn't only results in missed deadlines (or unimpressive deliverables), but can also lead to burnout if it continues.

One immediate suggestion would be to consider some of the gains the more immediate improvements that might be possible by implementing the skills from the Getting Things Done course, which is available as live, instructor led training or available online.   It's objective is to help develop stress free productivity, impeccable delivery against commitments, and deep enjoyment of work.

Read more about Getting Things Done below, and let us know how we can help you best.
