Welcome!

Welcome, and thanks for visiting my website.  I hope you'll find some things that you find either interesting, useful, entertaining, or at less a little quirky.

I'm Audrey and I'm the one on the left.  That's my fun and wacky family on the right.  (It was supposed to be a simple birthday photo, but with two younger sisters, you're watching the train wreck as it happened.)

Here you can find . . .

First Step.
Answer the Questions

Do you know what might be preventing your company or team from recovering as fast at could?

Resilience Assessor will identify what's getting in the way, how you compare to other companies in your industry, and what you can do about it to improve.

All it will requires are honest, realistic answers to about 30 questions.

Second Step.
Benchmark Against Others

Resilience Assessor  will also show you how well you compare with other companies.  It will show your strengths, but it will also specifically point to any weaknesses or hidden cracks in your organization's recovery culture.

Third Step.
Your Plan to Improve

The Resilience Assessor will identify the relative strengths and weaknesses that may be preventing strong and sustainable growth.  But what it will also give you is a way to a way to compare how you can best improve.  For instance, some solutions might include consulting, coursework, or online training, but it could also include options that cost little or nothing.

Resilience Assessor is a do-it-yourself self assessment.  However, if you would like to discuss the results with advisors who have worked with a wide range of organizations, probably similar to yours, those options will be available at the end of the assessment.   Best wishes.
